Shipping policy

Where we ship
We ship to all U.S. states and territories (including APO/FPO/DPO) and most countries worldwide. If your country isn’t available at checkout, email info@crutcherswestern.com and we’ll try to help.

Where orders ship from
We’re an online retailer (no public storefront). Inventory is stored at approved partner warehouses in the USA and Australia. Orders dispatch from the nearest available warehouse and may arrive in multiple packages at no extra cost. We remain the merchant of record and handle all customer service and returns.

Processing time & cutoffs
Most orders process within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 12:00 PM local time at the ship-from warehouse process the next business day. During peak periods or for oversized/specialty items, processing may take longer; checkout estimates reflect this. We may perform order verification to prevent fraud.

How shipping costs are shown
Exact shipping costs are calculated for your address and shown before payment. The total shown at checkout is what you’ll be charged—no hidden handling fees.

Delivery estimates
An estimated window is shown at checkout and includes processing plus carrier transit time. Business days = Monday–Friday (holidays excluded) at the ship-from location. Estimates are not guarantees, but we aim to meet or beat them.

Multiple packages
If items ship from different warehouses, you’ll receive separate tracking links. You won’t be charged more than the total shown at checkout.

Carriers & service levels
We use major carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL). Available options (e.g., Standard, Expedited) depend on item and destination. Oversized/freight items may deliver curbside.

PO Boxes & military addresses
Eligible items can ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO (often via USPS). Some oversized items require a street address.

Order tracking
We email tracking when each package ships. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show movement after the first scan.

Address changes
Contact us before dispatch to update an address. After shipment, changes aren’t guaranteed and may incur a carrier intercept fee if available.

Delays & exceptions
Severe weather, carrier disruptions, peak season volume, customs, or incorrect address details can cause delays. We’ll help troubleshoot where possible.

Failed delivery / return to sender
If a package returns due to an incorrect/undeliverable address or repeated delivery attempts, we can reship (additional shipping may apply) or refund minus original shipping once received back in sellable condition.

Lost or damaged packages
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you can’t find it, check the delivery area and neighbors, then contact us within 7 days of the scan. For damaged items, contact us within 7 days with photos of the item and packaging.

Taxes & duties
Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout where required. For international orders, duties/VAT may be collected at checkout when available; otherwise they may be payable to the carrier on delivery. These charges are set by your country.

Consistency with our listings
We keep shipping rates and timeframes on this site aligned with what appears on our product listings across Google. If our settings change, we’ll update this page.
